Here is my go at the comet from Shoal Point beach, Mackay at 7.00pm 15th October. Canon 6D with a 24mm f2.8 lens iso 800, 10 x 1 sec images stacked with DSS.
A couple of more days and it should be high enough and in darker skies to get some better shots.
