WO ZenithStar 61mm f/5.9 FPL-53 APO Refractor with Flat61 Flattener
Due to my paradigm "If I'm not using it then I'm not keeping it" I'm selling William Optics ZenithStar 61mm f/5.9 FPL-53 APO Refractor with Flat61 Flattener. Was planning to use it as a travelscope, but it never actually happened. Very light used - pretty much all the time was stored in a case. Scope is in excellent condition and optics is in pristine conditions. No scratches or fungus. Has one small dent on the metal cap (see the photo).
This air-spaced fully multi-coated doublet is fantastic for astrophotography as it delivers sharp and high contrast images free of false-colour and aberrations. The 43mm image circle when Flat61 is used covers full frame size sensors.
2" Rack and Pinion focuser is very smooth, stable and reliable - no image shifts. Bahtinov mask is embedded into the protection cap.
Comes with a dedicated Flat61 field flattener, WO 3.5"-2" RotoLock Visual Back Adapter, Vixen Style Mounting Base for reddot or optical finder, Nikon T-Ring adapter, and WO soft carrying case.
