Lobster Nebula

Finally finished processing the data I captured back in June to my liking. 7 hours of 5 minute subs in SII, Ha and O3 with my Askar 107PHQ, 2600mm Pro and Antlia 3nm Filters. Very happy with this first light result.

You can see it in full resolution here : https://www.astrobin.com/aho48p/

Great result for a first light on this target
It’s a difficult target to expose all the subtle nooks and crannies
Contrast and colour is excellent
Well done !!!

An excellent lobster Murray. Your field of view works nicely for presenting this object as well.
