My Gov Account Problem, some help would be appreciated please

Hi guys, don't know if anyone has had this issue, however I can access and get into Mygov account no worries, and access Centerlink, Health Record, and anything else but just over the last two days I cant access Medicare anymore can do it on Alice's I Pad so it must not be broken at the other end, I tried to ring up about it but that was a nightmare and didn't get anywhere.

So any Ideas (yea I know, chuck my Computer away but maybe a suggestion would be nice)
