Sometimes you need Focal length

Hi Guys,

It has been a while since I posted last. The first picture of Centaurus A, was taken last year with my 150mm Esprit at 1100mm focal length and it shows the full extent of the Galaxy, the second picture, a week or so ago, with a 9.25" Edge HD at 2350mm, shows better detail of the core. My third offering, is a little galaxy which you don't see photographed very often, I found one reference on the Net calling it the Spider Galaxy. No fancy dust lanes or twirls, even the Hubble image doesn't show much more detail than I have captured. Even though it is not fancy, I will still add it too my collection.
All these images where captured at the South Eastern Suburb of Boronia, Melbourne, where the light pollution is definitely getting worse and becoming a pain in the ass.

Cheers
Peter

Hi Colin
Thanks for your comments, it is getting more challenging every year at Boronia, all one can do is keep plugging away at it.

Cheers
Peter
