Jupiter - GRS @ 10pm-ish tonight

Anyone wanting to observe the GRS, tonight Jupiter offers up a good time for observing the big red storm.

It should be in the middle of the face at about 9:45-10pm tonight AEST.. a good time to get out after Desperate Housewives has finished

Plus, Jupiter should be almost overhead at that time, reducing atmospheric refraction and providing a good opportunity for some imaging if you're that way inclined.

I might get out myself tonight and try Gary's 2.4x barlow.

Went out and spent 30 minutes after Desperate Housewives, but seeing was shocking so the images turned out pretty crap.
