Up for sale is our 10" Saxon f4.7 Newt OTA. We have used this scope
for the last 5 years or so, and had great fun with it. The scope is in reasonable condition, with some rust around some screws etc, and could do with some in depth collimation . The OTA comes with a 9 x 50mm finder scope, 2" standard single speed rack and pinion focuser and has both 1.25 and 2 inch eye piece adapters, tube rings and vixen dovetail. This scope has no problems achieving focus with cameras. We have used this with a canon 600d, Meade DSI's and an SBIG ST2000xm. The scope has a focal length of 1200mm and weighs approximately 14KGs, so an EQ6 or similar will be needed. (although we used this on an HEQ5 for many years) Could also be used on a dobsonian mount
