Deep Space with ASI290

SPX350 F9.1, ASI290 mono uncooled, Baader RGB Astronomik UHC.

A quick set of images on a breezy night. Trapezium only needed 1/4 sec for RGB 1/2 sec for Ha 500 each, other images used 1-2 secs. Stacked several hundred for luminance/UHC and 100-200 or so for each colour. I use Registax and throw away the breeze damaged images, takes quite a while to gather enough.

Trapezium- Ha RGB.
NGC1535 - UHC RGB - Cleopatras Eye PN.
NGC1999 - L RGB - Blue Keyhole Nebula.
RedRectangle - RGB -PN.

Regards, John.

They are all nice. But, that central core image of Orion is outstanding! You can easily see E,F,G,H stars.

That Trapezium is outstanding. The detail in the surrounding nebulosity is superb. Most excellent result.

LOVE the Orion shot! It’s one I’ve been wanting to do myself for a long time but that just makes me want to even more.
