The next victim of my clearing is this compact little scope.
A Synta D90 F5.6 (500mm focal length) little Maksutov Cassegrain.
It's in good condition, the optics are clean.
It's multi-coated.
The focus is adjusted via a knob on the back. It has some mirror shift as you would expect but it's not bad.
The base simply has a standard tripod thread, so perhaps it was meant to be used as a photo lens?
It takes 1.25" accessories and comes with its case.
Quite an unusual proposition at this F ratio, it's really compact and would make a fantastic spotting scope, easy to take with you on your travels too.
