Moon phase images from 2006

Man, everyone around here is cracking up with the uncertain bushfire situation, myself not the least! Had to break the tension (tedium?) somehow, so I cranked up the old Windows Movie Maker and churned out a short video of some of my waxing moon images from 2006 (does anyone do waning moon imaging?). Just follow the link below (warning IISers: only works well on broadband connection, with fast download). Upload quality is fairly poor unfortunately, and the accompanying soundtrack woeful!

All images are mine, taken from my backyard using Celestron NexImage LPI. Composites constructed with Photomerge Panorama in Photoshop Elements.

Am I on my way to Hollywood, or is it back to the day job?

Cheers -
