The Moon @ 200mm

While taking some sunset pics I zoomed in on the moon. Not often I do this with a normal camera lens not mounted on a telescope. I'm really impressed with the results for only 200mm! Nice detail considering all. Nice phase of The Moon too.

Canon 70-200 F4 L @ 200mm. 1/1000, 400ASA.

Enjoy!

Roger.

Hi Roger

Thanks for the re-affirmation and reminder that there are indeed celestial wonders populating the heavens, above this interminable cloud layer – I’d almost forgotten they existed!

Also, I just had a browse of your website for the first time – simply superb. Well done for producing such an interesting, rich and informative on-line resource, I really enjoyed my visit.

Cheers

Dennis
