SpaceX to take private citizens on Moon flight

Musk has announced that SpaceX will be flying two private citizens on a round the Moon flight in 2018, using the heavy lift rocket and Dragon capsule. These two, obviously cashed up folk, approached SpaceX to do this. Richard Branson must be pissed. Is there anything Musk can't do?
