What a difference a day makes

Last night, for the first time ever i was able to get a FWHM of sub 2" but what is really interesting is the variability in seeing from one day to the next. the two images attached were taken in consecutive nights with the same configuration. it goes to show that sometimes it is better to just pack up for the night.

That's quite a significant difference!
What are the FWHM of both?

the sharper image is 1.98" but ccd stack doesnt accurately measure the FWHM of the blurry image, it says it is 0.49" which is obviously not accurate
