Pier Mounting

Further to my dual pier observatory question here

http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/s...d.php?t=146648

I was wondering if I could get some feedback on the best way to mount the piers to the concrete base.

Are we better of positioning threaded rods in the base and cement them in or would ruddy great big dyna bolts suffice? I'm leaning towards dyna bolts for ease.

Cheers.

If you can position them before pouring concrete, then do it. It is easire that drill the set concrete later.
Dinabolts are OK, but sometimes they can be pulled out (if drill is slighly larger than ideal).
