First narrowband

My first attempt at narrowband.
Added some s2 and o3, 9x10min, to the ha of ngc6188.
Looks better uncompressed, a bit of a gradient but i will keep at it to try and improve.

Well done George, love the colour palette and composition is pleasing.

Something a bit off with the processing though, the details look soft - but conversely there are some very hard edges where the blue meets the orange?

Maybe your luminance layer needs sharpening and the O3 blending could use some subtlelty.

Darn good first effort though - keep it up

That's a damn fine S**t sandwich Andy. I did not use a luminance unless you are referring to Ha, and was lacking in O3 but i will try again and repost. It does look better on astrobin, making it fit the thumbnail does affect http://www.astrobin.com/full/251933/0/
Cheers

Thanks Craig and Aiden, i have reprocessed and posted new images, it seems every time you reprocess you learn something.I would like to send the data to a guru to see what could be made of it by an expert
