Clock for Observations

Anyone recommend a clock for observations?

I am after something digital, powered by battery, must have seconds on readout. Plenty of cheap digitals on ebay, but none appear to have the seconds readout.
I do not have an observatory, so needs to be portable.

Does your phone have a stopwatch or timer function? The Android basic clock feature can be useful and there are plenty of third party apps out there. I have a an App called Smart tools on my Samsung S6.

Sorry Kevin, I do not have a fancy smartphone, and I want something that will not ruin night vision
