Alienware, PHD2 and Imaging source problem

Hi all,
I managed to get PHD2 to work on my new Alienware laptop as does the DMK Spectrasource but not the same time

If I try to run both I get a "Failed 22" message via PHD and can't escape other than by using the task manager. Any ideas please?
