A few snaps from the last month:
Thor's Helmet, NGC2359 - 6 x 300s exposures, ISO800, darks, flats and bias subtracted. Noisy because of warm evenings and few subs, but more than I expected from my location and equipment. Some alignment issues that I may have to look into too. I'll plan to add to this one.
Larger version here.
Eta Carinae - 8 x 300s exposures, ISO800, darks, flats and bias subtracted. Noisier than my last effort (imaging in 24C does that), but more depth and much cleaner stars with the addition of a Baader MPCC.
Larger version here.
Comet Lovejoy 14th Jan - 8 x 180s exposures, ISO800. Probably my last shot of the comet, already well into the Sydney light murk for me.
