FOR SALE - TAKAHASHI FC76DC FLUORITE REFRACTOR - WITHDRAWN NO INTEREST

I have a mint condition Takahashi FC76DC refractor that is not going to get any use, as I have just purchased a Takahashi triplet fluorite FCT100 f6.4 and the fluorite version of the FSQ106, so this FC76DC unit is simply overkill and will sit in my collection and never get used.

The unit is supplied with:

1. Takahashi FC76DC OTA
2. Takahashi front and rear caps
3. Takahashi finderscope bracket
4. Takahashi 30mm finderscope
5. Takahashi clamshell
6. Additional extra - Feathertouch dual speed focuser for Takahashi FC76DC
7. Supply in original box

Unit is in perfect condition optically and mechanically, suits new buyer.

Please note this means you have both the original Takahashi focuser and also the Feathertouch unit as well.

Note: AEC price on their webpage today is $2,063 for the OTA alone, plus $ 179 for the finder & bkt, plus $ 152 for the clamshell. The extra FT focuser is US$ 400 at OPT in the USA plus shipment - so a new system with this same spec would cost you A$2,894 as at today's exchange rate

This is a Takahashi Fluorite APO, from their standard premium Fluorite series
I am not sure I understand your question - Takahashi only have one series of Fluorite refractors in their portfolio - and this is their 76mm offerring
