"It's getting better all the time"

Second go at M42. 16 x 60sec, iso800 dark, bias, flat. Processed PI, Canon d1100 un-mod, Celestron 150 cat, afocal. Getting there but need to focus on focus, also want to reduce the glare in the center and show the 4 stars.

Focus looks pretty good to me. Just take a heap of 5 or 10 second subs too. Stack all the data together and the short exposures as a separate group too. Then combine the two final images.
