Equine dust....

Not altogether happy with this...due to a filter stuff-up on my part... I only managed a few minutes of blue data. Hence the somewhat flat colours.

Anyway... to add to the Christmas corral of horsies I managed to add a little colour for the festive season.

Hope you enjoy the view.

Looking quite good. The colours as you say aren't quite there but it certainly shows how good the image will be when complete.

Some more colour and your going to be looking at a pretty nice image Peter. The Flame I think ought to be more yellow and that would be my only real dislike. All the rest is good. The detail is very nice.

Thanks for the kind feedback gentlemen.

I don't recall building a house in the tropics...but Sydney weather seems to have moved there anyway...

Hopefully the wait for more data won't be too long

Ta..tell me about it...I've got to open the shutter 4-6x longer than those located in decidedly more pristine skies.

Ah! You have a keen eye Rolf

While I indeed do a H-alpha blend in the red channel...luminance gets about 30% as well.
