TSOAG9 off axis guider

Hi,
I’m selling my TSOAG9, off axis guider from Teleskop-Service, Germany. The entire OAG is made of 4 separate parts. Firstly the TSOAG9 itself, a 30mm 2” nosepiece, a 20mm T2 extension tube for correct spacing of the guidecamera, and a M48 thread adapter on the camera side of the OAG. The M48 thread will screw into a QHY CFW1 for any other camera/filterwheel with an M48 thread. All 4 parts thread together to make up the OAG.

The OAG is only 9mm thick so is great is backfocus is an issue in your imaging train. This was purchased mid-2013 and was only used a handful of times before life got too busy for astronomy.

There is also a M54-M48 adapter that I never used which I will throw in.

It would cost $390 to order this same kit from Germany. I am asking $190 + shipping. It can be picked up from Baulkham Hills (inner West Sydney) is that suits too.

Message me for further details or offers.

Cheers,
Angus.

Just a FYI for DSLR users that might be looking for an OAG. You can get an adapter for this to connect to the Canon EOS cameras, replacing the M48 thread and keeping the 9mm profile.

Now that I've got a CCD, I use the M48 instead, but I can switch between the two as required and still have the same OAG solution.
