RACI finderscopes: GSO, Skywatcher...
Wondering if anyone has had a chance to compare a GSO RACI finderscope with a Skywatcher RACI finderscope? Recommendations seem to be simply to get the cheapest (it's a finderscope after all) keeping in mind the rubber ring on the GSO (buffering it against the upper mounting ring) might need replacing at some point. My intention is to put it on my Skywatcher Dob and my understanding is that the GSO (which comes with the mounting) should fit the mounting bracket on the Skywatcher. Any advice/confirmation helpful as I'm unable to compare in the field at present and the local supplier just does the Skywatcher for about $40 more (and I like my local supplier!). Clear skies.
