Lunar - final images from 11/12 Aug 2006

It's a shame that I ran out of steam and that sets of clouds began to roll in, 'cos as the late evening/early morning progressed, the seeing improved to moments of 7/10.

Anyhow, here is the remainder from a busy night with the C9.25, x2.5 Powermate and Philips 840K ToUcam; Messier A&B, Janssen and Taruntius.

Cheers

Dennis

Great images Dennis! Janssen is pearler! Veerrry nice! Great shot of Messier A and B too - clear tails from Messier A and while I have seen the difference in shape of both Messier and Messier A before before I haven't seen the "double" edge on Messier A. It shows up beautifully in this image... and when I have a look in Rukl I see it's clearly marked!

I always enjoy your images!

Al.

Plus he has fantastic fashion sense h0ughy. The man has it all.

Fantastic Lunage Dennis. I think you need to take some time out before that poor little ToUcam melts from overwork
