ASI120mm first lights

I recently got a ASI120mm with the intention of having it as a night time cam for lunar and planetary images but I haven't actually done any night work with it yet.
Instead I turned it to some solar action and I must say the early results are quite promising.

The white light shots are through my 6" newt, the close up being with a tal x3 barlow the other shot without any barlow.

I also turned my attention to the PST mod to try some Ha shots even though I had read about the newton rings and banding but figured why not.

Without any barlow the results were excellent, no banding and probably the sharpest detail I have gotten from any cam so far, with the x3 though the banding was fairly evident.

Thanks all, just had another shot at a white light close up today and again it's showing promise.
Think I need to find a better processing technique than I do on the full discs but wow, I love this camera and firecapture is great too.

Can't wait to turn it on Saturn.
