Celestron 8SE backlash

Hi guys,
does anyone know or has anyone ahjusted the gears on 8se to eliminate backlash in the altitude gears. My Azimuth is no problem as it has a instant response from the directional pad. I know there is software settings but looking for physical adjustments.

Not that I'm aware of... I did experiment with the backlash settings a while back but after a while I just reset them as I didn't like its behaviour. The alt drive is pretty straightforward but I think it just doesn't have enough teeth on the gear.
