Not too keen on his auto guiding approach. I for one, will not buy a used lodestar from this man
But thanks to Martin and all his fellow presenters.
Cheers,
Andrew.

Nice one, JJJ

Martin's talk was very interesting and I came away with several useful new ideas and tools. Now to go and work on my own rhythm method, err... battle rhythm

Cracker shot. I vaguely remember that shot being taken in a drinking session. Those ears get around as I recall.

I feel obliged to make a couple of points to those who now think, based on my relatively flippant comment, that by abusing an autoguider in some way they may be able to approach similar levels of imaging perfection as Commander Pugh!
1. It was not the autoguider that was being abused
2. You probably had to be there...
3. I would cheerfully buy a used lodestar from Martin, as long as it went in an autoclave for a month first.

Thanks again to the organisers and the presenters, not only was it money well spent, I will cheerfully do it again in two years!
cheers again,
Andrew.
