Nice Lacy Prominence

I was able to get some imaging done both this morning and this afternoon. I stuck with the afternoon images as the sun was high on the meridian.

There are lots of prominences but my favorite is the faint lacy looking prominence at the 8 o'clock position. The large filament looks like it is starting to fade away.

Well capture on those faint proms. That filament is huge but still looks good in visual.

Derek, I was pleased to capture those faint prominences, usually I only get the bright ones.

The large filament seems to me to be getting fainter compared with the images that I took the previous days, but in saying that, it could appear to be faint due to my poor processing skills?
