I was looking through my old Flickr photos and came across this single frame shot of the Moon taken with a 450D and a Meade 8" SCT at prime focus. (I may have posted this before).
I can't get over how perfect the seeing was at the time, in that I can zoom this frame right down to the pixel level and it is still very sharp. The only post processing is a bit of contrast enhancement in DPP. I amazed myself with this one. I guess I was in the right place at the right time with the scope and camera ready for that brief moment of steady air. It was taken last Year.
