Digital focuser

Hi everyone
Just made this digital focuser after getting a price from Televue of $700-$800 for one my jaw nearly dropped . SO went to the tool shop and got some digital calipers and made it myself for $50 and it works great. Hopefully someone can use this idea as it is a lot cheaper then buying one.

Great idea!
Is the focuser motorised, or do you just turn it by hand and use the readout to judge?
