Ted's Cameras is offering price matching with overseas sellers but still offering full Australian manufacturer's warranty and exchange conditions. They just did it for me (it's obviously up to them to decide, on a case-by-case basis). Note that the 1Dx is excluded, apparently.
Basically, the matched price is the o/s price + shipping + 10% (for GST).
