The alt was 6 secs off. The Az was 2 minutes out initially, and I got that down to 55 secs. Did 3 x 3 star alignments that night after checking and rechecking

I couldn't calibrate PHD at zenith - I tried, and failed. So, I tried calibrating on Achernar, and then slewing.Still didn't cut the mustard obviously.
