Camera to es refractor

Could someone with a ES ed80 refractor please help with the required knowledge. I wish to order the correct gear to connect my eos canon to said refractor ( 2 inch focuser) I think I need a t-ring (thread size?) adapter. Do I need a extension tube to replace the diagonal? Just not sure. Cheers.
