Handheld Eclipse - Mudgee

We were so clouded in that we only caught a glimpse for a few seconds through the clouds. Snapped a quick shot with a handheld Nikon D90 and 18-200mm zoom lens @200mm, no filters or anything as it was so heavily clouded.

The girls and I were disappointed that we didn't get to see more, but very excited to catch a glimpse when we thought we would see nothing at all.

Thanks to everyone else for sharing images of the real deal.

Oh and thanks to Mike for the eclipse glasses, the interest from the eclipse meant that we did some solar viewing at the school later in the day once the weather cleared up. So they didn't get any eclipse use, but managed some solar outreach later in the day and the kids learned a lot.
