Outlook Mac problem

I use Outlook on my Windows machine for my emails and I am trying to set it up on my MacBook.

I can import all my emails but the time stamp on each email is the current time that the message is imported and not the original time and date when that message actually came through.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem it has been bugging me for ages!

Thanks.

No, thats a Mac for you. They don't seem to handle Outlook natively very well.
We have a number of them at work and always getting enquiries on how to 'fix' their mail. I beleive their are some other mail clients that will work with MS Exchange better but I am not a Macspert so can't advise on suitability.

I have Outlook on my Mac in addition to Mac "Mail" and they work in perfect harmony, maybe we can compare settings and see where the issue is.

Cheers Petra d.
