Home observatory options (Where should I put my pad/pod?)

I would love some advice on where to plop down a concrete observation pad, and I was thinking of adding a pod maybe down the track.

I had the fortune of getting rid of the trees on my property and replacing them with natives (short ones), but my neighbours of course, have tall trees. Still, I think I am quite fortunate to have what I have.

These are my three site options. I have an unobstructed view to the East, the property is highest elevation west, sloping down towards the east. There is a street light to the east.

My thoughts are location B due to the elevation available, though there is light pollution to the east from a massive shopping center and a street light...

What size do you think the pad needs to be?
