Which pixel value is correct?

HI all,

I compared the same pixel (in my master dark), in ccdstack 2 and in ccdsoft, for its value (ADU i think) they were not the same, about 80 adu's difference over 900 or so. Is this normal, is one software programe more accurite?

Also, is it normal to have a pixel value of Zero in my master dark? I thought there should be atleast the bias of 100.
