Fire and Ice

Hi all,

Another one from my failed aurora chase a few nights ago to Mt Buffalo National Park. While my 5DmkII was on aurora watch, clicking away pointed south, I took one of my other cameras and went exploring a few areas under the light of the nearly (98%) full moon. There was still a bit of snow lying around in some places. This was the largest patch I found.

About a 270 degree panorama made from 15 images.
Canon 60D
Tamron 10-24mm @ 12mm
F/3.5
ISO 400
30 second exposures.

It's OK mate. If you mistook my work for that of Colin then I consider it the highest of compliments. Thank you very much Mike(s)
