Unhappy Jupiter 6th May in nasty conditions

Jupiter on screen looked like it was being kneaded by a giant pair of invisible hands, was rather funny to watch Worst I have ever seen it. There was high fleeting clouds zooming across Jupiter as I was capturing as well....can't take a trick here in SA at the moment!

Resized the image a lot smaller to compensate.

Well done Asi.

Yeah. Shame about the seeing. Wasn't much better here in Canberra, but we keep on keepin' on.

I did enjoy your description of the seeing. We had the same pizza dough maker working our skies over too!!!

Could maybe back the red off a little in your image? Looks a little strong on my lappy.

Hey Asi, you did better with those conditions than I could the other night when it was like that up here. Know exactly what you mean - like looking down on a circular trampoline with a herd of kids jumping up and down on it.

Still pretty cool though

Hi Asi, Thats twice our conditions have been quite different, although you did say your scope wasn't cooled down completely.

Yes I enjoy your humour as well. After all that is the best medicine.

Lifes too short to stuff around being serious.

Yeah, petty weird how we can have different conditions living so close to each other. Yes, I'm sure my idea of drag the scope out pronto & shoot within 4 minutes did not help matters! No big deal. It's now time to play 'lets wait till this rotten weather clears up' & shoot the next AVI.
