M31

Ive been working on this one for a few days...ive always found this object pretty difficult to process, never straight forward, you would think it would be easy as its one of the brighter objects....a poor set of RGB flats caused me a few problems with gradients so i cropped out the worst of it around the corners.
Exposure times were 40mins in Luminance, 60mins in Red, 54mins in Blue and only 21 mins in the Green.
Its certainly the highest resolution rendition ive done....
any comments welcome
Thanks for looking

Really nice. Colors really pop. The close up is terrific.

Very nice, Peter! Lovely, subtle colours.

I'm trying to process some data on M31 myself but all of mine was collected at altitudes between 16 and 21 degrees, so it's unlikely to turn out anything like yours.
