Canon 60Da

Hi Everyone

I'm looking at getting a camera for some astrophotography.
Everything from nightscapes to deep space appeals to me. Im considering the Canon 60da as I could use it off the scope and on (and for normal daytime shots if you can do that)

Has anyone used the 60Da for daytime shots and if so, how does it perform?

The other option could be, get a CCD for the astro pics and get the cheaper 60D for nightscapes and normal use?

Scope is the C11 HD CGEM DX (using the fastar)

Thanks

Rod

From what I've seen on example shots of a colour checker chart, don't expect stellar colour accuracy for daylight shots. That said it was ok. Certainly not the worst photos I've seen colour accuracy wise but definitely on par with older point and shoot cameras rather than current generation DSLRs.
