need help with Sbig ST10XME Autoguide

Hi, I cant get the Autoguide working with my ST10, keep getting error messages. I am using CCDSoft V5, PMX and TheSkyX.

My question: does the ST10 (attached to CFW-10) need some kind of cable to connect to PMX's guide port? (to drive the mount?) right now it has USB to computer and power cable. Taking images is ok with imager chip.

Thanks in advance.

I don't have a PMX but do have the same camera ( with an AO8 as well).
It certainly needs a guide cable from the camera to the mount. The USB only downloads the pics. I have a guide cable connecting hte camera to the mount- an RJ10 (I think) with 6 wires.

Cheers

Terry

Thank you Terry, I will have a look at the old pelican case to see any cable there.
