eta carinae region in bad seeing

the nebula region of eta carinae from my front yard. taken last night @ 500mm unguided.

12x 15 seconds
4x 20 seconds
nikon d90 with a sigma 150-500mm lens @ 500mm f6.3
on heq5 mount.

thanks for asking. I have since reprocessed this shot more to my liking.

Ha!yeah bills never stop coming mate.....email me I can set you up with a guide scope and cam to use on loan for a while....but make It quick cause I'm off to Canberra on Sunday and will be there for quite a while mate.

No its alright louie. come tax time I'll be buying a guidescope (prolly a 80mm refractor) and i already have a camera i can use... its just a waiting game.

great work ving. you can only get better from here. Orion 80mm short tube refactor are good as a guide scope and very cheap around $150
