Smile Tifid Nebula

Hi All, Took this image last night with a QHY10 on a 190mm Mak Newt on a NEQ6 Mount, PHD Guiding, 20x 5min subs,Bias and Flats added, Stacked in DSS, processed in CS5. Comments Welcome

That is awesome - well done.

That sort of shot is what I aim for once I swap my altaz for a eq mount.

Great job and thanks for the reminder to get outside!

Great image!

appears to be some gradient down the image; was this taken from the suburbs?

Apart from that, not much else i can comment on!
Star colors are great, stars are round and the Trifid looks awesome.

Nice one Charles!
Captured just nicely and was processed well.
As mentioned, nice and tight stars showing nice colours, caught the blue nebulousity just as well.
