Markarians Chain

Photographed back in May, not the easiest of targets. Located to the Nth West and unfortunately located towards Albury Wodonga.

Still worth a go. I just love the fact we can get so many galaxies in one field of view.

Details
61 x 5min@1600iso
Scope: Ed120
Camera: Canon 500d
Processing: nebulosity3 and Photoshop CS5

File reduced dramatically for uploading

Regards
Carl

It's a great image Carl The IIS compression doesn't do it justice having seen this one in person. Must image this area myself one night if I can ever drag myself away from my landscape astrophotography.
