TV Systems Mount (Carton?)

Has anyone come across the TV Systems mount? This was available from TV in the 1980's for the Genesis refractor.
It seems to have been made by Carton (as their RSM mount?) for TV.
The basic model only had slo-mo controls, but the Losmandy GM8 motors and controller seem to fit it as well....

Havnt seen one in Oz, occasionally they come up on CZn secondhand, lat one I saw was $375 I think

can you post a picture of your set up?
Does it include the polar alignment scope?
Have you added drive motors?
