Telrad riser

Before I put my neck out, does anyone know if Telrad risers are available in Australia? They can be brought from the US but postage cost is hard to determine -unless someone has purchased recently and knows the cost.
If anyone has worked out a homemade alternative lightweight riser, I would be grateful for any advice.
