Atik 4000
I find I have 2 cameras with the same sensor. Damned impulse buying got me again. One has to go and the chosen one is my near-new ATIK 4000LE. It's a mono 15x15mm sensor with very low noise, 7.4 micron square pixels and all-round nice camera. Comes in a sexy pelican case, USB leads, no power supply. I bought it from Andrews for $4K without the pelican case. SO I figure $3500 is still a pretty good price for this level of camera with the peloican included. The other camera with the same sonsor is the SXVR_H16 - also a beaut camera but since I've invested in their special FW, OAG and Exview guider to work with the camera, it is easier to let the ATIK go.
I think it's a terrific camera - but reality has to kick in occasionally.
