Gum 12

Some months ago I imaged this region of Gum 12 in Antila. The full extent of this object probably covers over 20 degrees, so it would take quite a few more panels to complete at this image scale. It would be a worthy future project.

- FSQ
- Proline 16803
- 5nm Ha filter
- 1 x 2 mosaic
- 12 x 2400s each segment
- Coonabarabran, NSW

That's an absolutely amazing image John! I note that your location states U.S.A. - did you come out here or did you use a remote scope for this?

100% remote. Although I've been to Coona 6 times out of the last 8 years. ;-)

Thank you everyone for the nice comments. I'm definately going to be adding more segments to this interesting region next season.
