Antares Region

Houghy asked for a pic of Antares area , I took this one a long wile back with the ST8i and not all that happy with it ( badly registered ), would probably work better with a DSLR and the Nikon 180mm 2.8 ED lens .
have to give it another try soon

taken with Nikkor 85mm and ST8i Ha GB

man its a pretty version of the sky hey. looks fine when you shrink it down (or rather ie does) but blocky when expanded...

great pic tho! and very colourful
so much to see in that area, 3 great globs, an bunch of pretty doubles, nebula for astro pics...
